The top part is a stretchy velvet and a decent quality for a costume. My daughter is 5 years 1 month and about 44" tall. This fits perfectly and is very flattering. The sleeves are long enough without being too long and the bottom of dress hits just above the ground. It will cover the shoes without dragging. She loves the costume.

ReplyDeleteLove love love these costumes - a couple of us in the family are going as super heros this year - I wish I could get my daughter to be Wonder Woman but looks like she wants to be a mermaid -"Super Mermaid?" - your costumes are great, so impressed that they are finished already toddlers costumes
